Mensa is one of the most exclusive organizations in the world. It does not matter how famous you are, how much money you have, or powerful or influential you are none of this is criteria for membership to the Mensa Society.There is only one way to gain entry and that is to solve Mensa puzzles and score in the top 2 percent of the world’s population. Yes, the only requirement for membership is you have to be among the world’s most intelligent people. Mensa has a vast cross section of members, from 3 years old to over 100 from more than 100 countries which make for interesting gatherings when they meet. So, you want to join this elite society. Solving Mensa Puzzles
There is no one, exclusive Mensa puzzle you need to solve. The Mensa Society has approved many intelligence tests from a variety of different providers, such as Stanford-Binet, GMAT, and Miller. As long as you score in the 98th percentile you can submit it for membership to the Mensa Society. Mensa says around one in 50 applicants qualifies for membership.Have you taken intelligence tests in the past? How well did you do solving the Mensa puzzle? Do you qualify?
If you are thinking you have not scored within the top 2 percent on a standard intelligence test there are other Mensa puzzles you can take. Just remember, online intelligence quizzes do not count towards membership. All approved intelligence tests must be supervised, but online intelligence tests are good practice.You can also ask Mensa to give you its admission test if you think you have what it takes. Mensa also has a timed practice test called the Mensa Workout that gives you a good idea of how you would score on the real test. While your score from the Mensa Workout does not qualify you for membership to Mensa, it is fun and gives you an idea of whether you have what it takes to solve the real Mensa puzzle.

Solve Mensa Puzzles at Home
Mensa has a test you can take at home for a small fee. Solve the puzzles at home and send it back to the Mensa Society to have it scored. You may be invited to take the Mensa Admission Test if your score is high enough on the home test.Mensa only tests you if you are over 14 years old because intelligence testing is unreliable for children under that age. If you think your child is smart enough to join the elite, have your child tested based on their cognitive abilities under the supervision of a licensed psychologist in the school environment. If you want to take a shot at Mensa membership, contact your local Mensa organization to setup a time to take the Mensa admission test. If you reach the 98th percentile you will be admitted to the world’s most elite organization.
